  • Cost:

    £52

  • Where to pay:

    Post Office

Important Information:
This is the first step as the CRB is often the main reason why an application gets delayed, so it’s best to start early.  The application is submitted online by us or you, then payment needs to be made at the Post Office with 28 days of completing the application form.

You can only book your Topographical Skills Test after TfL has processed your application and invited you to book the test, which takes about 2-4 weeks. Note: This one can also be on an “If applicable” basis, as some drivers may have other qualifications that make them exempt, but from our experience TfL accept these at their discretion and in most cases you may still need to do the TfL Topographical Skills Test.

Optional or "If applicable" fees

Fees you can avoid if you already have the required documents or pass the criteria.
