PCO Licence English Test

If you have an existing certificate from UK School, College or University; you can easily just submit one of those. The qualification does not have to be for English specifically, it can be for any subject providing it was taught in English. Drivers with foreign certificates, you may be able to use these but it’s wise to send them to TfL first to find our their eligibility. You can email TfL here tphlicensing@tfl.gov.uk

Where to take the TfL English Test

There are many colleges that advertise they offer the course, but it’s become a common trend that these places may be miss-selling these certificates which won’t be valid.
